Since December 1st, 2008, the board has been trying but failed to reach Mr. Li, Xin-De, a board member and director. Acccording to the regulation of JCL Company, LLC, Mr. Li, Xin-De lost the qualification and will no longer be an active board member and director for JCL Company, LLC.

The JCL board of directors decided to restructure JCL management. During the restructuring process, all normal business will be suspended until further notification.

The management restructuring stated above takes effect as from today, the 16th day of Febrary, 2009.
