JCL is a paid membership driven eBusiness website specialized in recyclable materials and online logistics. JCL provides sound and solid service to our VIP members, such as:

• Discount Price - At least 5% discount for JCL VIP member--Every purchase, anytime.
• Products Listing - As a member you can contact JCL to list YOUR products for sale as well as promote your company on JCL eBusiness Platform.
• AQSIQ - VIP members in the United States can use JCL and/or its associated companies’ AQSIQ certificates.

Besides the member benefits mentioned above, JCL adopts paid membership in order to attract reputed recyclable material buyers and expect to build a reliable online market.

JCL accepts only VIP members. The membership fee is $1000 (US Dollar) per year, starting from the date that the membership status is granted. After a one year membership period if member wants to sustain the membership status, then a membership fee will be charged.

JCL accepts the following two payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Master and Discovery) and wire transfer (T/T). If you use wire transfer for your JCL membership purchase, in order to validate the wire transfer, a faxed copy of the wire transfer remittance slip or bank statement must be received within three business days (Fax: 1-904-636-0499). The total amount should be credited to our bank account within five business days. JCL reserves the right to cancel your membership application if we do not receive any of the above on time.

After the membership fee is received, membership status shall be granted within two business days. The starting date will be sent to applicants by email.

Please provide accurate information as required and click the “Continue” button to submit. Any mistake will be displayed on the top of the registration page until it is corrected. After submitting the registration information successfully, you will begin the VIP membership purchase process. Click the “Buy Now” button to put “VIP Membership” into the shopping cart, then click “Checkout” button to enter payment process. Choose credit card or wire transfer by clicking the corresponding radio button (a circle) and a pop-up window with payment information and guide will appear. Read carefully – we suggest you print a hard copy for your reference. Click the “Continue” button to go to the next step: “Order Confirmation”. Check mark the little square after “I have read the Terms of Use” and I agree to them”, click the “Confirm Order” button to complete register/purchase VIP membership process. You can print a copy of the receipt of the order.
